Relax.

I like this accessible little book. It's a handy overview of the best-known relaxation tips and exercises.
There's plenty of suggestions to try, mainly of the physical aspects of stress.
I would like to have seen more mental strategies, though, to change the way you deal with situations.
Things I did differently as a result of reading the book:
Cleared some clutter, took books to charity shop, tidied the house, stretching exercises and bought a work bag which was less stress on my neck/ shoulders.
