The book has two or three good tips on how to handle intensely stressful situations and deal with the aftermath of a highly stressful day or person, but as a whole it's not really worth it.
I read the whole book and I really only took away the the tip with the negativity and the baloons, as well as thinking about all the "unconscious learned behavior" through our parents affect us in our life.
If you get the book in a library and have nothing else on your TBR, or, like me, are working through all your physical books, sure, go for it! Otherwise I wouldn't really recommend it.
It was an ok book. Nothing really new, but still good reminders. I liked the closing chapter though and also the recommendations of other books at the back.
