Simple things as using the air fryer, cooking charts for various foods, i love this myself as most items you get from the garden don't come with a label telling you how to cook them.
Also meats and poultry are listed. Each recipe starts with a title, medium size color photo, prep , cook times and servings.
Nutritional information includes calories, fat, carbs and protein.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are included.
Can't wait to try bagels, they are one reason I wanted the appliance.
