I’ve been writing since my early twenties, but I couldn’t seem to finish a book. I’ve started self-publishing with the encouragement from my mom. Without her encouragement, I don’t think I would’ve done it. She always supported me and writing is something I’ve always enjoyed doing. As long as I enjoy it, I’ll continue to do it. I’ve learned already that I can’t please everyone. Not all reviews will be good, not all reviews will be bad. I’m the one that has to be happy with my work.
I get my inspiration from life experiences, movies, television, other authors, and music. Music is definitely a big influence on my writing. I can hear a song and it can inspire an entire book for me. I listen to it while I’m driving or before I start writing and it keeps me inspired. I like to put music in my books, even if it’s just one song the characters listen to or hear at some point. Sometimes music has gotten me through the really tough times in my life and that’s why it inspires me.
I like to write fast-paced, steamy romance reads. I like for my males to be alpha-males and my heroines to be strong, but both need to have one weakness- each other. I am an avid reader. I absolutely love romance books!

This book was so fun to read. The chemistry between Reid and Phoenix is page turning. Phoenix has overcome a lot of hurt in her life so far. Reid wants to give her all that good that she deserves.
The twists and turns kept me on edge.
This is the last book in the series and like always I'm always sad to see one of J. L. Leslie's series end.
Don't miss out. Read this book. In my opinion this is what a MC book should be like. Awesome and HOT!

I love the gritty MC stories this author writes. For me they are exactly what an MC book should be. Violent and unpredictable stories are what I like from this genre, and Sinner Redeemed provides all of this and more and I loved it. Be warned, however, it contains graphic scenes and many triggers.
If you’ve read this author’s previous MC series, (and let me say, you don’t have to have to enjoy this one) then you already know that Reid was not a particularly likeable character. If you haven’t, then I’m here to tell you that he’s defiant and single minded and often disrespectful throughout most of this story. Although I could quite cheerfully have slapped him on more than one occasion, you can’t fault his loyalty and I liked the fact that his attraction to Phoenix, and his growing feelings for her, didn’t have him fundamentally changing his personality. It made for a more authentic character. He will actually do whatever it takes to keep her safe, whilst loving her in his own way, with lots of sexy times, just don’t expect hearts and flowers while he’s doing it.
Phoenix is an incredibly strong woman. To have experienced the horrors she had and to come out the other end fighting to take her life back, all whilst not falling to pieces in the process, has to be admired. Her story had me in the edge of my seat with my heart in my mouth a lot of the time, trying to anticipate what was going to happen next. I felt her frustrations where Reid was concerned but if any woman would be able to get him to see sense it was her.
Another great MC read from Ms. Leslie for those who enjoy some bite from their bikers!

The Sinner Redeemed (L.A. Sinners MC#3) by J.L. Leslie is an outstanding story full of passion, corruption, violence, angst and horrors of one young woman's journey into the world of sex trafficking. The story starts with Phoenix a college student who had no understanding of the life her mother led as the Pres. of the Hell's Fury and the chaos she caused. Now she is a slave to two masters who have tortured and corrupted her as she is finally sold to one, but this young woman will do all she can to survive and escape her prison of hell. The L.A. Sinners MC has formed a new alliance with Hell's Fury as danger and violence is once again at their doorstep. Can they find the person who has caused so much destruction and destroy him as well as deal with the leader of the sex trafficking ring? Reid who has demons of his own that he fights with everyday, is this sexy no holds bar dangerous killer who is loyal to his club and family but is consumed with finding Phoenix. Reid's mission is to locate and save Phoenix who was sold into slavery and will soon come face to face with a young woman who escapes and jumps on the back of his bike while they are on a stake out only to discover it's Phoenix once they have sex. Book three of the LA Sinners MC starts off with a bang. Picking up after the incredibly mind blowing ending of book 2, this book shows the club trying to reconcile all that has happened in these past few months. Old feuds are mended but dark forces arise from the outside to step in where the others have left.
Reid follows orders. He is loyal and devoted to his MC and his own needs. He doesn't make attachments and has an awful attitude. Not afraid to shy away from the dirtier MC deeds, he's the go to guy for the darkest assignments.
Phoenix is a college student working towards her degree, completely oblivious to the destruction reigning around her and her family. Estranged from her mother after the tragic loss of her brothers, she is thrust into the dark and depraved world of sexual trafficking.
Both of these characters have faced incredible odds - abandonment, abuse, mistrust. It is refreshing to see how they interact and grow in this book. The overarching storyline for the MC club is fascinating with the emergence of plenty of despicable characters and dark acts. A great story. In true MC fashion, while there are moments of joy, MC members never truly have a full HEA. I cannot wait to see where the author takes this series next

Talk about an intense story!
I have read and loved the two previous stories in this series and while I greatly enjoyed this one, the intense beginning had me wanting to stop reading at first. Not exactly what I want to read in my romance stories. Yes, very graphic and should be for a mature audience. She’s a college student who was kidnapped and sold into sex slavery. Hooked on drugs... just a little strong in content for me.
BUT, once you get through the portion where she was kidnapped, it got MUCH better for me! I especially enjoyed the ending!

Although it can be read as a stand alone there is a lot that you won't understand and relationships between other characters that have been developed in earlier book that are mentioned here. This book is tough going at the start. Abducted and sole into sexual slavery Phoenix does what she has to in order to survive. Reid hasn't stopped looking for her since she disappeared and when they are finally reunited its smoking.

This book had me on the edge of my seat. The plot was sooo good, twisted and everything that I’d expect from a LA Sinners Book! The chemistry between Reid and Phoenix was off the charts, had all the angst and you wanted to root for them so hard! They may be from two different types of worlds but that doesn’t mean that they can’t make things work right? Welll... you’ll have to read this to find out but what I can tell you is that this book leaves you feeling all the emotions and was a very quick read for me! I literally couldn’t put it down!

What an amazingly intense read this was. Touches on a subject no one really wants to think about, but has been happening more and more lately around me. Phoenix and Reid are so perfect for each other, they both seem broken and in need of someone just for themselves. Phoenix is one amazing strong woman that went thru so much and came out, not sure how many wouldn't be completely broken after that. Great read forsure in this series.

Reid and Phoenix were amazing! This book was beautifully brutal and kept me flipping pages like it was my job. The sinners are always so easy to dive into and you never want it to end. Reid is so much more than I thought he was going to be, all that brooding and violence has a reason deep down in the recesses of his beautiful brain. And Phoenix is so aptly named, the craziness she endured to get to her true self is just that, crazy. And I would love to see more of Fletcher’s story told.
This world has so many layers and I love being a part of it every time a new instalment comes out.

This is the third book in this MC/Biker series. I found this one to be my favorite to date. Love the fact he never gave up on his woman, even if he never dreamed of her being his. One thing we all know is love throws us curves and it doesn't disappoint in this book either. A jab of jealousy settles in making the storyline realistic in ways we all can relate. A must read!

I am not ready for this series to be over, to say the least. JL has a way of getting me so indulged in her words that I get angry at myself for reading her books so dang fast.
This book did not disappoint. I love it when both the MC save each other.

I usually don’t read motorcycle club books but I have been hooked on this series from the beginning. Throughout the the series I haven’t liked Reid. He’s a cocky jerk. But I have enjoyed seeing him brought to his knees by Phoenix. This story has been gut wrenching by the trauma that Phoenix has been through. Finding out what Reid has been through helps me understand why he is the way he is.
I’ve enjoyed reading about the side of Reid that didn’t exist before. Phoenix learning her self worth again.
This by far is my favorite of this series!!! Great job J.L. Leslie, I never would have dreamed that Reid would be my favorite. You have out done yourself!

The cover is as dark and dramatic as the contents! The book delves into some sensitive topics, but if you are looking for a kick@$$ female character, you've come to the right place! This story was filled with twists and turns and action packed! Quite a few characters from previous books in the series make an appearance and it made it so special! I thoroughly enjoyed this story and the characters simply came to life!

This book started off a little rocky for me. The content of the first couple chapters is not for the faint of heart. I almost put it down but I pushed through and I'm so glad I did. This book is so good! I love Phoenix and Reid together.

Another good read by JL Leslie. This book will have you on the edge of your seat. The chemistry between Reid and Phoenix is hot, and plenty of sexy scenes. It has twists and some angst to it. Reid and Phoenix are from two different worlds but they make it work.
Phoenix was held against her will and Reid does everything he can to erase her bad memories. Even if it means going against the club rules. But Phoenix is stronger than they give her credit for. She uses herself as bait, to end the nightmare that still follows her.

I LOVE Reid and Phoenix! I will tell you, it's a very emotional story. It's graphic, full of triggers and extremely intense. It's dark and angsty and so twisted. BUT, it's captivating and all consuming and there are absolutely no dull moments found anywhere in this book. I felt everything these characters felt. The Sinner Redeemed took me along for the ride and it's quite a ride. It truly was worth the wait. What an incredible read!

This was a fantastic MC read... I was gripped.

I was engrossed in Phoenix and Reid’s story. I couldn’t put it down.
Phoenix was an incredibly strong woman and Reid was a defiant alpha who was loyal to a fault.
His loyalty and devotion was what set him on his path and once he declared Phoenix his... nothing was going to stand in his way
I loved the grittier read... think I might go back and read the previous books in this series.

I'm not a big MC fan, but I have loved J.L. Leslie's MC series and Reid's story did not disappoint! Phoenix has been taken and Reid is trying to find her. There is trauma, angst, steaminess and everything in between. You definitely need to read the other books first so you have all the back stories.

what a read, I loved this book so much, it takes you on a journey.
I love the characters in this book watching them grow and come into their own. It sure has some feels in it, the banter is funny. This book tells you about Reid and Phoenix, along with the familiar faces.
Reid is the baby of the group and a hot head
who shows no emotion. In his world its kill or be killed.
Phoenix is at UCLA until something happens which sparks a hunt.
This story touches on rape, kidnap, beatings. But with that said it's a fab read, sad its come to an end.

Wow!!! J.L. Leslie has knocked it out of the park with book three of the the L.A. Sinners MC Series. Reid and Phoenix story was intense, and I was on the edge of my seat and flipping the pages to see what would happen next. The chemistry between Reid and Phoenix was palpable. Their story is action packed, and filled with twists and turns, angst, and sizzling chemistry. A fantastic read and one I highly recommend.

I could read this book again and again!! This story is intense, drama filled and fast paced. Reid has been a cocky alphahole throughout the series and I just laughed when he was brought to his knees by Phoenix. She is aptly named because she rises out of the ashes into her true self. I can’t wait for the series to continue!

This was a good read. Had the action and grit that is the like of a patched MC biker. Reid is for all intents and purposes an A*s but he is loyal to his club and that can never be faulted. Phoenix is a good match for him, the have a great dynamic and attraction. I do recommend this book.
