About the author

Carol was born and raised in the beautiful city of Perth, Western Australia, which is where she met and married husband, Mark, 28 years ago. She and Mark moved to a small town in the Goldfields region of Western Australia in December 2015 to renovate their home and design their gardens. Together, they've raised three children and are proud new grandparents to a gorgeous grandson who arrived in September 2020. This is book one in The Dom's Invitation Series and it is Tanned and Sienna's story. Omg what a great start to a new series by Carol Delmornay who is a brilliant author and writer and I love her books so much. The characters and storyline pulled you into the story and you have to keep turning the pages to see what would happen next and the chemistry was so hot that I couldn't put this book down and I can't wait to read the next one in this series.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Tanner part owner of a local BDSM club Obsidian split up with an ex now single. Sienna had problems with her neighbors husband so she was looking for another place to live she had a look at one place and that was when she met Tanner. Can Sienna be trained to be submissive or will his ex come back and cause a problem.

Tanner Newsom is one seriously hot Dom! His new neighbour, Sienna Hodgson, has caught his eye and he is happy to pursue her, especially when he knows she's a sexy voyeur! So much chemistry and banter, this book is the start of their relationship and I can't wait for the next book to be released.

Have you read any of Carol Delmornay's books? If you have, then you know she has the innate ability to draw her readers in, tantalize them, give us an extremely HOT, chemistry filled relationship, and at the same time, there's an element of slow-burn underneath. This! This, right here, is why she is one of my one-click authors! Sienna had to move. She plain couldn't take the abuse her neighbor's husband was doling out to his wife, her friend, and their daughter. She's helped them so many times in the past and yet the woman kept taking him back and Sienna was fearful for all their lives. When she finds a place across town that's just perfect, she gets more than she bargained for. She has a relaxing view of the river from the front window and, OMG, the sexiest view of her neighbor from the back. And what she sees builds a heat so intense that she eventually accepts the invitation to go over and see him. Tanner is the neighbor from across the back yard. After finally being rid of several sets of neighbors, who were more than a bit disturbing, a new woman moved in. One he referred to in his mind as 'Miss Sexy'. A Dom, he's just broken off a relationship with his sub who cheated on him. That's not to say he's devastated because he has a sub who comes over once a week to meet his needs. But after seeing his neighbor and making sure, as best he can, she is single, Tanner opens the curtains and bi-fold doors to the outside, and entices his neighbor with the scenes that play out between him and the sub. As a reader, I was as pulled in by Tanner's actions as Sienna. Wait until you read where this goes because we get the perspective from both of them, which is thrilling. I can't wait to see where Carol Delmornay takes me next with this couple.

Sienna moves into a new house and notices she has a very attractive neighbor. Tanner likes to exercise outdoors with his shirt off. Oh, and conduct BDSM sessions indoors with the curtains open. So, Sienna gets a good view of everything and she likes it all. Tanner sees her watching and invites her over with a wave of his hand. Even though she has recently been helping a friend escape an abusive man, Sienna immediately goes over and enters the home of a man she hasn't even met before. Alone, with no one knowing where she is. And she takes part in a BDSM scene alone with this stranger who puts her in restraints. But it's all okay because Tanner is very attractive (that was sarcasm; do I really need to say, "Never do this!"?). Sienna has a wonderful time and they begin a relationship. Their scenes are described twice, once from her perspective and once from his; both are very hot. The story ends as Tanner and Sienna agree to continue their relationship in the next installment, which I will definitely read.

SIZZLING HOT! My kindle is still on fire from this book! This is the first book I've read by author Carol Delmornay but I am reading Book Two of this series next. Tanner Newsom and Sienna Hodgeson were fantastic characters. After Sienna moves across from Tanner, they start a relationship. Sienna is new to the BDSM world. The BDSM world is the only world Tanner knows as far as relationships. This is merely the beginning for them. This book is a must read and I highly recommend! I can hardly wait to read the second book in this series, Relinquishing Control.

Moving home and finding a hot man next door is just the thing Sienna needs, especially when said man is quite an exhibitionist. Tanner couldn't stop looking at her after just coming out of a Dom/sub relationship he couldn't believe his luck. Hot, hot, hot, amazing read of how a Dom has to reign himself in as a woman of interest comes on his radar, cant wait for me..

This was my first book by this author and I was intrigued because I love a good BDSM and club romances. I was not disappointed. The chemistry between Sienna and Tanner is out of this world hot and the suspense and drama thrown in because of his ex just added to the tension. I was sucked into the world and need more!

I liked the storyline of this book. I always enjoy a book about awakening. I think the next book will be even hotter. So far this book is slow burn with only 1 sex scene.
I do think the double LOG is unnecessary. For the most part It's just repetition.

A steamy hot story! Wow! I want a man like Tanner! Sexy, self-assured, super hot and knows how to please a woman! Sienna has had such bad luck but that all changes when she meets Tanner. Do these two ever have chemistry together! I love their interactions as they are fun and sweet in some ways. This is such a great read, as is the second book after this. I can't wait to read the third one!
