One could describe this story as condemnation of our selfie culture....or a celebration of it. A knife in the neck of our detached tendencies....or a revelry of the madness it can become. It is a story about a girl, a boy and a cat which turns into a story about a girl, a corpse, selfies, texts and likes and dealing with that aforementioned corpse....and also a cat. It is a story about the worst of us and what our emotionless detachment could create in us. It is a horrific story of murder, but also a dark comedic look at the me generation. It is about someone we all know, someone we all are, and someone we all despise...with the volume turned up all the way. Read this while browsing Facebook. Read this while texting and liking Instagram posts. Read this while meditating with Asian boding balls. Digest it any way you like, but I invite you to be immersed in the worst version of our culture and laugh at it. I assure you this story will stay with you, and won’t wash off. Read it. Like and share it. #Getsoaked by it.

A delightfully disturbing page turner! Don't take my word for it, you'll want to read it for yourself.

It appears to be a standard day in the life of a female college student... until her date that night.
