اختارنا تمن قصص من فلكلور عالمية أثبتت نفسها عبر الزمان و المكان، و لغاية النهارده بطرق مختلفة بتتقال. و رغم أنها قصص أجنبية، تخيلنا لو كانوا حصلوا في مصر فحكيناهم بالمصرية. بدأنا بحدوتة في النوبة و خلصنا في الإسكندرية، و في الوسط زرنا سوهاج و الفيوم و القاهرة و بنها في القليوبية، و طبعا مانسيناش سينا و الواحات البحرية. هنتعلم حكمة أو هناخد عبرة من كل قصة، بس كمان ممكن نلعب لعبة... ندور على عين زرقا، لأن في كل حدوتة مستخبية واحدة

نجحت ريهام شندي ، مؤسسة مبادرة توتة توتة لحواديت الأطفال بالمصرية في تمصير أبرز القصص من تراث أدب الطفل العالمي التي كبرنا معها. استخدمت ريهام اللهجة المصرية المحكية التي نحكي بها للأطفال و ركزت على استخدام المفردات السهلة والمضحكة في بعض الأحيان محافظة على السجع داخل كل حدوتة لينساب النص بسلاسة و إحكام.

Thank you for the book, but I have a few concerns regarding the cultural appropriation and suitability for an Arabic audience, especially children. While the book has nice drawings and a good rhythm, it lacks the correct cultural representation I was hoping for.

For western kids with Egyptian roots, I think the book is entertaining, but it's far from the Egyptian culture.

Firstly, "The Little 3 Pigs" was disappointing as it is already part of Egyptian culture under the name "حيزة وميزة وقرون الجميزة," with goats instead of pigs. yet it was not explored or researched adequately. With more attention to detail, it could have been a great success.

Secondly, "The Little Red Hen" presents an annoying story where the hen asks for help without clearly stating her goal of making bread or explaining the potential consequences. This goes against Arabic/Islamic values of providing for the needy, even the lazy ones.

Lastly, the story of the "2 Girls with the Blela Pot" is fuzzy and lacks any real underlying value.

With all due respect, I believe the writer should have invested more time in carefully selecting stories that would better resonate with Egyptian culture.

القصص كلاسيكية بسيطة .. حكي .. اكثر منه درس او توجيه للأطفال تجاه معنى جميل ..
بعض القصص كانت رسوماتها بديعة ، كل قصة بيرسمها فنانة مختلفة ..
قصة اللفتة رسوماتها شبه طريقة رسمي و انا طفلة فيعني كانت بالنسبالي فكرة لذيذة ان الرسامة ترسم ببساطة زي الاطفال ..

انا دورت عليه كتير جدا وقالوا انه مش هيطبع تاني... ياريت لو في امكانيه نزول طباعات جديده او لو متاح في اي store حد يكتبلي في الكومنتات... شكرا
