How to teach online using Zoom: Effective strategies and online teaching resources for eLearning instructors

Rate this book
Christian Stein has been teaching for over half a decade. Originally based in the classroom, he now works solely as a remote eLearning teacher, providing distance learning primarily in English language and literature. When Covid-19 changed the world and drove many teachers to virtual tuition, Christian decided to record everything he knew about online teaching in this book. It's designed for any teacher who may find themselves facing the challenges that online teaching, classroom management and student management and assessment can bring. The book focuses on teaching online using Zoom. While it's not the only video conferencing application available, it has become immensely popular during the global pandemic thanks to its ease of use and the option to use it entirely for free. You'll find techniques for teaching online, eliciting feedback from students, utilising breakout groups for collaborative learning and more.

Quite good but not great

I liked the idea of this book and as a ZOOM user I was interested to see if any of the ideas could be incorporated, some could, some couldn't
