Lickety Split is a baby dinosaur born in the Triassic period, or at least the period where God said TRY AS, ICK, I might, I can't get this new world I made right! Of course Lick isn't happy with what God made him into either. He's the first sentient being born with the knowledge he has no place in this world. So he tries copying off other prehistoric creatures, even resorting to aping, ummm, apes! Then another baby dino is taken by a winged pterodactyl, and Lick is off to the rescue, using his long neck to reach up and yank the little guy from the grasp of the bad guy-a-saurus and get gushy praise for being such a good stranger for....sticking his neck out for someone else??? And thus Lickety Split has his self confidence restored. Ahhh, if only we could learn from prehistoric times, we wouldn't be so doomed to repeat them!
