Knjiga nije lagana za čitanje jer je urednička knjiga u kojoj se nalaze poglavlja različitih autora od kojih svaki ima svoju priču, stil pisanja i ideju kako prenijeti misao vodilju knjige. Ipak, knjiga može biti od velike koristi znanstvenicima koji su na početku svoje karijere, ali i znanstvenicima koji žele "virnuti" u karijere svojih kolega te malo više pročitati o njihovim karijernim putovima, stavovima i mišljenjima. Također, knjiga je dobar uvod u "must read" knjige i članke koji se bave izvrsnošću u znanosti te nakon nje moja "to read" lista raste za najmanje 5-6 knjiga i 10-ak članaka. U svakom slučaju preporuke!
