A short read about various tax strategies. Mainly a discussion of retirement plans (401k, IRA, ROTH), but it also covers using 529 Plans (college), taking Social Security distributions, annuities, trusts, setting up corporation entities as tax shelter, etc. Not much depth of coverage here, but still useful to at least trigger some ideas that may need to be further considered.

Excellent information for high income individuals

This is my first book on tax strategies. I learned a ton and was able to understand the concepts with ease. I definitely recommend this book to high income individuals looking to shelter their income from high tax rates.

Save your time. The author doesn’t seem to actually understand high net worth planning. This is a book written for “normal” people marketed to high net worth individuals. Bad read, bad advice

Great book

I found this book to be really helpful and well worth the few $$ that I spent on it. It helped me understand more about back door Roth IRAs.
