Přišlo mi to jako obšlehnuté z nějakého lifestylového magazínu. Úrovní i kvalitou informací. Člověk, který se aspoň trochu o jídlo zajímá, v knize nic nového nenajde. Spíš se občas bude podivovat nad tím, jak autorka motá páté přes deváté a vlastně moc neví, co čtenáři sdělit (kromě cukr je všude, nejezte ho). Žádné užitečné tipy jsem v knize nenašla.
