So I contributed to the kickstarter for this and misplaced it for four years or so. I finally found it a few days ago.
Anyway, this is a lavishly illustrated short story. GD Falksen takes Doctor Cthulittle, Zenobia Bishop, and Farnsworth the Ghoul to Yuggoth and beyond in a trans-dimensional bathysphere to keep Azathoth from waking and devouring reality.
All of the pages are double page spreads by Mark Wheatly, gloriously painted scenes of alien worlds like Yuggoth and Aldebaran and grotesque monsters like the Mi-Go, Byakhee, and even the King in Yellow as Doctor Cthulittle, Bishop, and Farnsworth try to save the universe.
Very good looking book, very cool story. I'll buy any future volumes.
