Only got as far as the third page before getting frustrated with unedited grammatical errors (mixing of tenses, typos etc), and it felt like a bloke trying to write from a woman's perspective but having little real understanding... Anyway, bad luck if I'm missing out on a good story but I just don't think I can keep going based on the writing style and quality.
I had to stop due to poor editing (missing words in the text). I've read the author's other two books and loved them, but the copy editing meant I had to pause on this unless and until a better version comes out (Kindle edition).
