Introducing T-REXTRA By David Alan
T-Rextra is an incredible story of a cute and fancy T-Rex, who has extra confidence and styles that's why his friends called him T-Rextra.
He likes to wear scarves and shiny clothes, but some dinosaurs didn't like him because he is different.
Join the extra sassy, extra cool, extra sweet T-Rex, friends, and family on their fun and adventurous journey to discover more about life.
This book gives a strong message of love, diversity, positive behavior, friendship, and teaches children to embrace themselves.
Illustrations are vibrant and colorful pages filled with lots of dinosaurs make this book an amazing learning journey for kids.
I really want to admire the author for writing such a wonderful book with a great message that everyone is different, and we should respect each other.

Wonderful book with so many GREAT messages!

I loved everything about this book! From the very first page, I was laughing. This book is about a friendly dinosaur named Trex (he pronounces it "Tray" because it sounds fancy, lol).

Trex or "T-rextra" is given the nickname by his friends because he is considered "extra", which he sees as a great thing. He loves to sing, dance, wear shiny clothes, and have fun.

This book has so many important messages: be yourself, love who you are, it's ok to express your emotions, be kind to others, and always try to find the good in everyone.

Two of my favorite quotes from this book: "Even if you're alone, you don't have to be lonely. Love yourself and you'll always have a friend with you" and "What makes you different? What makes you shine? You should be that all the time."

Definitely recommended!!!

This is a lovely book that is full of positive suggestions and thoughts for kids. Many of these books can be quite girly and I like that just by starting with a TRex as the main character this book knocks that right on its head.

Be you!!

Be you is there theme for this story. This little T-Rex tells and shows us how we should behave towards ourselves and others. He gave examples of self-love and care. Kids and adults will benefit from this story.

Lots of Lessons

This is a book that has lots of messages and lessons for children. The lessons are important and are told in more of a list format than a story format.

For all the kids who think they are different!

My son loves this book because he loves dinosaurs but I had to ask open-end questions for him to let him know it’s okay for him or people to be different. I recommend this books for all parents to read to their children, letting them know that it’s okay to be different.

I highly recommend this book!

I have read most of the books written by this author and I personally like how each book teaches valuable lessons to children. Honestly, I think that this book belongs to every child’s bookshelf. It will teach your children to stand out and be unapologetically who they were meant to be. It encourages them to discover what they really like through hobbies and interests, and keep doing what they like the most. If you are a parent, librarian, teacher or any adult that loves children and are looking to teach them what it takes to be original and unique in a world that will try to shrink them, this book has everything that your kid needs to know. Check it out guys!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of my favourite lines in the book "All that you can possibly be is the best you that you ever did see..."

Such a clever book - how we should treat each other, how to be receptive to love and kindness, and how to deal with bullying.

So much in this book targetted for kids that I feel so many adults can benefit from and this world will be a better place...

@theedavidalan @trextraextra is so frigging fabulous and talented... He is as fantastic as his books xoxo
