I'm not sure what I expected from this book, but it wasn't really this.
The book includes exercises for your face. The book is broken down by different parts you want to target like your jaw, mouth, eyebrows, etc. The exercises have drawings like the cover throughout and a description of what the exercise is. I thought pictures or multiple drawings would be more helpful in addition to the written description. There's a bit of information about the exercises and moisturizing, etc. but not information about why it should work or where the techniques come from. Overall a pretty high level read, but it includes a lot of information.
I’ve always had a difficult relationship with my sensitive skin and decided to do something nice to show it some love. I’ve really enjoyed working some facial massage into my day. PSA: Don’t make the mistake I did of changing up all my skin stuff at once. I had an allergic reaction to something and it took me awhile to figure out what it was. Not the fault of this book, though!
