A lot of what I would consider 'common sense' advice in this book. But also a lot of information about the many particulars of buying and selling a home. I probably learned the most reading over the mortgage information. Many tables and graphs helped to illustrate the scenarios posed and that helped me understand a difficult-for-me to grasp concept(s). I wouldn't think anything in here would be terribly mind altering, but still a good read to review a lot of topics quickly when dealing with something that is typically the biggest financial part of many persons lives, the buying and/or selling of a home. I recommend.
