Misconceptions

Lark Reed is living the life she always dreamed of. She has a handsome fiancé and successful businesses. Everything is almost perfect, except Lark’s fiancé, Logan Harris doesn’t share her timeline for setting their wedding date and starting a family.

Logan recognizes he is living Lark’s dreams and begins to buckle under the pressure of her expectations. Perhaps Logan isn’t as ready for commitment as they both thought initially.

After Lark’s mother has an accident, Lark is reunited with a crush from her past. Will Lark realize she had misconceptions about her life with Logan and give him the chance to be the man she wants, or will Lark live out her dreams with a new leading man?

Good read

There was a lot of build up of the drama but once everything was revealed we didn’t really get to see Logan and Tandi realize their full karma. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable read!

Misguided

Logan was a misguided jerk who thought he could have his cake and eat it too. Lark was about her business, and Logan always seemed to be jealous of her work ethic. Although he was supposed to be in business for himself, I never saw him working, only getting drunk and cheating on Lark. Tandi enabled him to be his worst self; she did not elevate him. Reconnecting with Carter was what Lark needed. There were no misconceptions about his character. Lark won that round, Lark, 2 Logan 0...

You know a villain is written well when you finish a book and still can't stand the character lol. This to me was a very real situation that a lot of people can relate to. The struggle with trust and loss, learning to take care of you, and sticking up for yourself are all themes that intertwined in these pages. Kierra was my favorite character. Everyone needs a sister/friend with that kind of energy. Over great read, looking forward to more from this author!!

Good story!

Good quick read! That Logan was a piece of work, totally delusional. Glad Lark got her happily ever after, after all, lol.

I really love the story. I love Mark but didn't care for Logan. Lark was about her business and Logan only brought her down. I love the relationship between large and Carter because it was so genuine. The pace of the story went well and I finished it in a couple of days. The cover of this book is beautiful. I was so glad you got her happy ever after.. I recommend this book to all the romance lovers. I give this book five stars.
