Earning trust and love is easy, keeping it is harder.

Sam has no doubt in his mind that he will whatever it takes to keep his daughters safe. If that means giving custody to his ex-wife, he will do it; although, the girls are not fully grown, so no one knows if they are shifters and that puts them in danger. Even more, the girls are attached to their babysitter, and it might just break everyone’s heart if Sam’s ex wins this battle.

AnnaLee has found her life filled with satisfaction when she is watching Emma and Jose, Sam’s twin girls. They are spunky and fill a part in AnnaLee that she never thought she would get to have. That one doctor’s note has always haunted her, and now the custody papers she finds on the kitchen counter haunt her even more.

The history Sam has with his ex-wife is dangerous and filled with secrets. The hope and love that swells like tidal wives between AnnaLee and Sam is addicting and nearly overpowers any reservations they might have. Both of them are willing to do whatever it takes to keep the family they are becoming together.

More than one heart, one family, is on the line, and they are willing to risk it all.

A Sexy Story with A Calm+Sweet AF Dad, two Darling Twins, A Sassy Nanny AND A Weird Ex!
Loved Sam, his twins: Emma, Jose, AnnaLee! DEVOURED this in 2hrs.
ARC Received for a Honest Review.

Years ago, The twins' mother left them as soon as they Birthed, leaving Sam to take care of them.
Then, Sam employed AnnaLee almost 2yrs back, since then Sam, Jose, Emma & Anna have become a Beautiful Family.
Sam has suspected Anna is His mate for a While now..

He hadn't been there much for his kids.. Inconsistent, So He starts a Custody Re-Evaluation to give them to his Ex, Maybe it'll be for the best?

Anna had just found that She Can't be a Mom..Atleast she have the lovely Twins. (& Their Sexy Dad!)
So when She founds about his Decision, She's Hurt, Angry. He loves them so much, Why is he Doing this?

As the case Starts, Anna+Sam grow close, Sexy Sparks! ..Sam's 2nd guessing his decision to give his ex the twins (So much attitude that woman has! *Huff*).
And Due to his Ex (She's a shifter hunter, omg!), Anna finds that she's His mate (& that he's a Dragon shifter!). She takes the news well❤.

The story goes smoothly from there, he won't give up his family..But he started the case, so he has to see this through.
His Ex gave quite the scare!! But later *whew* Backed off relatively easier.

I loved Seeing the whole gang🔥. The story ends with HEA (& Sam+Anna Sexy times!)
The epilogue was such a tease for Dominick's Story, I'm so excited!

Sam is a dragon shifter with darling twin daughters. Their mother walked away from them at birth so for five years it has always been just the three of them, until a couple of years ago. He hires Anna Lee to be their nanny. The girls love her and she loves them like they were her daughters. Everything should be great, right? Well it was until Sam does a crazy thing, because he is feeling guilty about his job taking him away from them now and he often has to spend periods of time away. He’s convinced it might be better for the girls to be with their mother, if she is interested. So without telling anyone, he files for a custody re-evaluation. Their mother says she will take them full time and that she regrets her decision to walk away at their birth. Once he starts the ball rolling, he is beating himself up with self doubt. When Anna Lee finds out what he did, she hits the roof. They are both starting to give in to the attraction that has always been there, but they have been ignoring. Their mother shows up unexpectedly one day and spills the beans that Sam is a dragon shifter, thinking that will chase Anna Lee off. Wrong. She accepts Sam’s dragon and it also helps explain some of the crazy energy that the twins have. Sam decides to fight for them and when He and Anna Lee are called to the evaluator’s office, the mother takes the opportunity to kidnap them. She really didn’t want them, but was jealous of Anna Lee and didn’t want her to have them either. Obviously, this give Sam the opportunity he needs to keep the girls, they just need to find them. Finally the mother calls Anna Lee and tells her where to meet her and returns the girls, and then disappears. Sam and Anna Lee finally mate and become the family she has always wanted.

If you have following this series then you may remember Sam. Sam is the single father of twin girls whom he has had custody of since they are born. Though he loves them he is beginning to think that his lifestyle is not conducive to being a full-time parent. He often has to leave the girls with their nanny overnight, or even longer when he is out of the country for his job. He asks for a reevaluation of custody to give his ex-wife a chance to take the girls. She would not even touch them after they were born but he thinks she might have changed her mind and be ready to love them now. He is sure the fact that he is a dragon shifter and she is a shifter hunter was the reason their marriage didn't last. As the twins will not present as shifters for some years yet, there is a chance she won't care by then.

AnnaLee has just had some really bad news. She was told that she will never be able to have children. On top of that, her appointment made her late for work and her boss was unusually mad about it. She loves her job as nanny for twin girls Jose and Emma. She is glad she has them to love and care for since she will have no daughters of her own. She had been having dreams about her boss and she wishes he would think of her as more than his nanny. When he tells her that the girls may be going to live with their mother, she is mad and feels betrayed. Can these two get themselves where they need to be before they both lose everything?

I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.

Heat Factor: I feel like it’s supposed to be hot but…it’s not

Character Chemistry: is secondary to everything else going on

Plot: Sam, a shifter, feels like he’s a bad dad, so he’s initiated a custody review so his shifter hunter ex-wife can have custody of his dragon twin daughters. (Yep. That’s right.) Meanwhile, nanny AnnaLee can’t have children.

Overall: This book makes me want to smash the patriarchy (not in a good way)

Holly found me this book when I was like “OMG I NEED ALL THE DRAGON DAD NANNY SMUT!!!!” and I am annoyed because this book started throwing up flags for me after about 5 paragraphs. COME ON, HOLLY. (Don’t worry, she found me another series about which I am cautiously optimistic.)

If you have read the previous books in this series then you have already met Sam but now we get his story. Like all the other books in the series it is a fun read that keeps you engaged

Sam a dragon shifter will do whatever he needs to in the care of his daughters and as his job takes him away frequently he is thinking that he may have to give custody to his ex wife even though she wanted nothing to do with the twins when they were born the problem could be that she was a shifter hunter and no one knows if the girls will shift until they are older. Meanwhile he has a nanny AnnaLee who cares for Emma and Jose and is willing to stay with the girls at anytime even overnight. The girls have just become even more important to her now that she has discovered that she can't have children of her own She is devastated when her boss tells her the girls may be going to their mother and she will no longer be needed Can these two admit what is really brewing between them and can the become a family unit You will have to read to see

This book kind of confounds me. I appreciate that Sam is trying to do the very best for his daughter’s, and I admire the fact that he reached out for help when he thought the best might not be him. But I didn’t understand how this story fit into the overall story arc of the rest of the series. As a standalone paranormal romance, this book is okay. All the drama is geared toward getting Sam to admit what he is and how he feels about AnnaLee. But, as part of the paranormal romantic suspense series I expected to get, this wasn’t what I was hoping for. And for me, that’s a shame because I really enjoyed those earlier stories. I’m missing the emotional connection that the mystery and intrigue generated. I also wanted to see more from the resolution of the one element of suspense in this book. It felt like it wrapped up too easily and has left me with dozens of unanswered questions.

This is the last book in the series and I really did try to read it slow. But it pulled me in and before I knew it I was on the last page and wanted to cry as it was over.

Annalee has been the girls nanny along time and when Sam tells her they maybe going to their mother it hurts her and makes her mad. Annalee learned she cannot have children and the girls are like hers.

Their mom is a shifter hunter and probably why the marriage did not work. Why put the girls in that inviroment he does not know if they will shift or not.

Sam feels bad that he has to leave the girls with the nanny alot when he travels for his job. On top of that he would like Annalee as a mate. Well will fate step in or will it fall asleep on them?

AnnaLee has been the nanny for Sam's twin daughters for a long time. She loves them deeply as if they were her own. And the twins listen to her more than anyone else. But when Sam decides to let custody go to his ex wife because he feels he doesn't get enough time with them, AnnaLee is furious. His ex wife is a shifter Hunter, so I was confused as to why this was even a consideration. I mean, Sam doesn't know if they are going to be shifters and won't know until they are 13 years old. They are five now, why put their future in harm's way? Anyway, still an absolutely excellent book. In fact, this entire series as been incredible. Remember if you want to read a book you can't put down, you have to pick it up first. I highly recommend this series and this author.

Delightful storyline with a few ups and downs. I even needed my tissues at one point. Sam’s feelings of failure to his children forces him to make an unwise decision. Annalee is given some very unwanted news and, on top of Sam’s declaration, it becomes too much to handle. Can she help him change his mind? Will the confrontation with Jordan bring them all closer or push them further apart? I enjoyed the final few chapters very much. This is a great addition to the series.

Sam is a single father with twin girls. The mother didn't want them. Sam has had a nanny for the girls for quite a while and her name is Annalee. She loves her job and the girls. Playing with them. Teaching them. Adoring them. With Sam's job at the Dragon PI company, he quite often travels overseas and in danger. He has decided that Jordan, the mother of the girls, should have them. This does not go down well with Annalee. Adorable but mischievous twins. A devoted nanny. A very handsome dragon shifter father. Tantrums. Feelings. What an enjoyable story this was.

Sam had a set of twins and with his job he got a nanny; AnnaLee. She was his life savior when it came to the twins. He figured since he would be working out of town alot he would give his ex-wife a chance to be a mother. She left right after the twins were born. After time Sam changed his mind and AnnaLee was beside him fighting along. Its a story of mates and true love.

Dragon Dad’s Nanny is book four in the series Dragon Dad’s Love Chronicles by author Amelia Wilson. Wow - just WOW! This story is not only brilliantly intriguing yet also heart wrenchingly beautiful. This one is all about family- what you’d do for family- how you must depend, trust and fight for that family. Intense, entertaining and it leaves you wanting to gather yours in your arms.
Enjoy!!

Dragon Dad's Nanny

The story was good, I just found it a little hard to follow at times. Things and times just didn't seem to correlate with each other. The easy flow just wasn't quite there.

The author allows you feel AnnaLee’s pain and hopelessness as if it was your own. It brought tears to my eyes. Even Sam has a lot of issues to deal before he feels free to pursue his mate.

Birthing a baby ... or two ... doesn't make you a mom, loving, caring, and protecting them is what is needed and necessary for that title! Great story.

This book is so emotional. With wanting the best for his children and not believing he is it, this shifter makes a big mistake. Luckily his nanny is there to kick his butt. Great performance.
