This one gives a lot of case studies that help me understand the different FPs of many small countries. I thought it informative even if it was written in 1973. Barston's intro was good to try and define the different small powers and how there are many different variables to just being small, ie the differences between Switzerland and say Albania. He also included the UN and how small states can influence big ones.
