“In the spirit of Ed Abbey, Guy McPherson offers a set of aphorisms at once personal, wise and funny. In this time of pandemics and the Sixth Great Extinction, we need to find our most trusted If this is indeed our time to walk off stage with the mammoths, what might be the measure of our character at the end of our tour? How do we behave? Guy McPherson is a true guide.”Renowned ecowarrior and writer Doug Peacock

Amazing

Abbey has been my hero forever and an original American bad ass, but after encountering McPherson, I have a new hero and a new bad ass. A true philosopher of anarchy, he continues to be that screaming voice in the wilderness. Ignore him at your own peril.
