I always avoid reading any romance with the word 'sheikh' in them. First, it's tacky af. Second, I know a few sheikhs irl and they are NOT how romance novel portrayed them. Not even close.

However, I did cling to my suspension of disbelief tightly during this. And the result was nice. I wouldn't catagorize this book as a college bully romance. Only the girl was a college student. The hero was a rich dude from somewhere in the world. Rather than labelling him as a bully, I think he just had a weird sense of humour and an asshole in the same time. But understandable asshole at the very least.

Cherrylily has written a 5-star book. Story gets a letter from a lawyer's office and it tells her that she needs to be at the address listed to meet the Sheikh. When she gets there she is informed that she is under contract to be the mother of his child. She tells him that she has changed her mind and she can't do it. The Sheikh informs her that if she doesn't then legal actions will be brought against her. Story gets another letter from the same lawyer's office telling her to meet the Sheikh at an upscale restaurant and to wear a dress. She is not happy with what is happening and she now knows that is was her twin sister Dahlia who set her up for this. Story doesn't like the Sheikh and she calls him a**hole to his face and a few other names. While at the restaurant, the Sheikh gets her off in front of the customers and she is embarrassed but he doesn't seem to be. She goes back to her dorm room and thinks about how to get out of this mess that her sister has caused. She tries to call Dahlia but gets no answer. The Sheikh has Story's things moved one day while she is in class and she comes back to her room to finds her things gone. She gets a text message from the Sheikh telling her to meet him at the spot where he dropped her off in 10 minutes. When she gets there, he opens the car door and he tells her that their contract starts that night or she can please him with her mouth or her hand it is her choice. She has 15 minutes to decide on which it will be. Things do not go well for Story at first but then she decides that it is what it is and lets things happen. The more she is with the Sheikh, the more she falls for him. Things are going fine for them and then she gets a massage from Johnny, a boy she had a crush on and he tells her that he and Dahlia are now together. Story and the Sheikh are getting along fine and then Johnny sends Story a message and tells her that Dahlia is pregnant and that she wants to see Story. Story tells Sheikh about this and he said fine and lets Dahlia pick the restaurant to meet at. After dinner, Dahlia wants to see where they live so they all go back to Sheikh's apartment where things go downhill for Story. Dahlia tells her that she wants them to switch places so that Story can have Johnny back and Dahlia can have the Sheikh. Story tells her that it is not happening. What neither one knew was that Sheikh and Johnny were coming into the room they were in and heard everything. After Dahlia and Johnny leave, Sheikh and Story get into an argument and he tells her that the only reason he was with her was to get his father off his back. She leaves and goes to Ella's. Sheikh Khal sends Raj a text message telling him that Story is with them and don't plan on coming to get her because of the mood his wife is in Raj wouldn't be allowed in the kingdom. Raj calls Story and he says some things that hurt her more and she hang upon him. He calls back but she doesn't answer. Story wakes up late one night and she sees Raj sitting beside her bed. She asks how and he said that Ella was tired of hearing her cry at night. She said to Raj that it was a rough few days but she is getting better and he tells her that he is getting worse. She said for him to stop lying and to just go, please. He reaches for her and she pulls away from him and he starts to say something and she stops him by saying "No." Raj tells her that he misses her and that he loves her but she just tells him to stop lying and to please, just go. He said that he had a surprise for her and he hands her an envelope and he explains that now everyone at her old school knows that it was her sister Dahlia that did all those things, he also tells her that he bought her father's old company and that nothing could be done to him for what he did at the company, and also there are pictures of her mother with a pool boy and she knows that Story has them now.
Can Sheikh Raj get a second chance with Story?
Will Story give Raj another chance after everything he has done and said to her?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

Story Teller – what a horrible name! -- lives with her father. Her twin sister Dahlia gets her joy from causing severe, serious troubles for her sister. One of her pranks forced Story to have to leave school. Her pranks were not “fun” – they were meant to be mean and harmful.

The latest disaster Dahlia creates for Story is signing her name to a contract and accepting a large sum of money for promising an heir for a sheik, Raj, who won’t even tell her his name. Story is forced to fulfill the terms of the contract and give him a baby even though she had nothing to do with setting it up. Will she go along with it? Or will she try to convince the Sheikh that her sister is the one who manipulated them into this situation?

I see that many reviewers liked this book. But I couldn’t find anything I enjoyed. The excessive cursing was not amusing to me. Aside from “shock value”, it didn’t enhance the story in any way. And I could not stop thinking that Story, with that horrendous name, is a total doormat letting her sister do whatever she pleases to her and not effectively fighting back. Manipulative people are not “fun”. They are toxic and hateful. Yet every time the “evil twin” was spoken of, it felt more like she was getting a pat on the head and admired for her behavior rather than actually thought of as truly evil. It just wasn’t coming across to me as it should have. Instead of telling the Sheikh the truth of the contract signing, Story tried to pretend she had simply changed her mind. It just made a bigger mess that she couldn’t dig her way out of. Regardless, I did not enjoy this story. None of the characters impressed me, nor were any of them likable.

When Story gets a letter from a law firm about a Sheikh she's never met she wonders what's going on. The Sheikh has a contract with her name on it saying she would give him an heir and she also learns that money has already been exchanged. The Sheikh immediately sees that there's something different about Story and has her looked into. Yet it doesn't change his mind about her being the mother for his heir. Story can't believe what's going on and figures out that her twin sister is up to it again. Dahlia is Story's twin sister and she is set on destroying her life. She steals Story's boyfriends and turns up at her school pretending to be her and making things bad for Story there. So when she learns of the contract with the Sheikh it doesn't surprise her. However what she never counted on was falling for him. What will her sister do next once she sees Story isn't upset by what she has done to her this time? Can Story and the Sheikh have a future together?

This is a great story that will have you laughing about certain things within it. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I hadn't read a Sheikh book in a while and decided to give this one a try and I'm glad I did because I liked it. Sure it was quite over-the-top and had an oversized scoop of crazy in it, but still, I found it quite fun. I thought the story had a couple plausibility issues with it but they were nothing I couldn't choose to ignore. I'll be honest here and say Bully romances can go either way with me. I myself really wouldn't say that this was a bully romance. It was more a rich guy that expected things to be done how and when he wanted, but he had the romantic maturity of teenage boy that firmly believed the best way to get the girl he likes attention was to taunt, tease and simply make her mad. So yeah, this book has that cute along with some spiciness. This book does have ties to some of this author's other works and that is very obvious. This wasn't a huge issue but I did sometimes feel a little out-of-the-loop. In all though an enjoyable read that left me open to reading more books by this author. This is my candid, volitional review.

My Insatiable Sheikh by Marian Tee is a hired pregnancy and bully romance. It’s the first book of the instalove series.
This one is about a secretive Sheikh and his potential baby mama, Story Teller.
It’s definitely a page-turner with its fun and interesting plot. It’s romantic and oh so sexy with lots of dirty talking and verbal amusing fights. My favorite parts were obviously their altercations and the love scenes.

The characters were amazing. Story was a spitfire with a potty mouth. I don’t think I have ever read a book with a heroine like her. Raj was just like every other billionaire but more entertaining.
If you choose to read this book (Which I highly recommend you do) you’re up for a much-needed laugh. Just make sure you’re alone or with your partner because you’ll end up being turned on by the end of it.
It’s a five star read for me because of the unexpected ending.

Nope not for me...Disappointing book

My Insatiable Sheikh: Hired Pregnancy and Bully Romance is the second book I have read by Marian Tee. I am still getting an understanding of the author's writing and storytelling styles so I looking forward to this book, especially since the book description hinted that it was going to be a fun and sexy read. I was not sure when I started reading this novella what was exactly happening as it starts off in an interesting way, sort of plopping the reader part way through the story. I felt like the characters are never truly developed properly because of this and a few other things. I was disappointed by this book and the writing as it was a lot of bad language in a story that had a lot of potential but was not flushed out properly. This book was just not for me but it might be for other readers who are already a fan of the author.

I received a copy of this book for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

When I read the blurb, I was excited to read this story. About 3 pages in my excitement started dying down, a few chapters later I started hoping for a very short read, but end up suffering through 19 chapters of cussing and name calling. The heroine is trailer trash, no other way to describe her, she is at university but every second sentence of of her mouth is “f... you” the hero is a sheikh and admits while he knows her twin set her up and stole the money. He is still going to make her go through with the contract and he is excited to hurt her nothing honorable there. The book was promising if the sheikh was more of an honorable, hero and the heroine was more polished and less crass. This was just not the book for me. I won’t be reading any more of this author’s books.

This graphic raunchy and somewhat dirty short story of an evil twin manipulating a sweeter version of herself found Story married to Raj, with signed contracts that promised an heir to seal the deal.
Told in an upbeat and slightly humorous style as Story was hilarious in her innocence and outrage in the situation caused by her truly selfish and evil twin, Dahlia.
Short, fast paced, graphic and somewhat lighthearted, it still hurt a bit when Raj rejected Story and pretty much threw her out.
The author was able to pull everything back with him realizing the error of his ways, and Story willingly accepted his brief groveling.

Ever seen a toddler learn a dirty word? Ever seen what happens when the parent tries to get him or her to stop saying the dirty word? Right. The toddler keeps saying it louder and may even make it into a song. This is Story. This 22 year old’s vocabulary only consists of “shut up”, “@hole”, and the F bomb. No matter what the sheikh says, one of these three is her response. The plot had such promise, but the immaturity of Story almost made me put the book down unfinished.
The redeeming factors of this book: good old Dahlia reappearing to wreak havoc and the smoking hot bedroom scenes.

This story was very different from my usual reads. In this book there are a set of twins (Dahlia and Story), that were separated when they were younger. Her mom and dad split and her mom took Dahlia and she lived with her Dad. Dahlia is the evil twin, and gets Story in trouble more than once. But her latest quest to get Story in trouble is above and beyond mean. Dahlia pretending to be Story signs a contract with a Sheikh of all people, to have an heir for the Sheikh for a price.

Because there's blackmailing involved, Story goes along with it and that's where the story gets interesting.

storyteller has her work cut out for dealing with a nasty sister and a worthless father, her sister dahlia makes it her mention in life to cause her sister nothing but pain in grief from doing nasty pranks to forging a contract with story's name to it . The contract in general was a contract for story to have an heir from a sheikh. someone she has never met before, what will she do and how would she response when she has to go through with the deal and what would happen when the sheikh knows it wasn't her whom signed the contract would he let her off or want her to go through with it, this was a another book from marian tee . i know her work by now i really must say i like it

This one threw me for a loop in the beginning, but once I understood that leads up to Story in her predicament with the Sheikh it is all understandable. What a storyline with so many scenes that will leave you stunned and feel sorry for Story and everything that has happened to her. I was a little disappointed in Sheikh and that he let himself be manipulated so easily by Dahlia, but so very glad in the end of rectifying all the pasts untruths done to Story.

This is book one of the Instalove Series and is a great start. Story has an unusual familiar background. She is a twin, but at birth her Mother took her twin and left her with her father. Throughout life her twin, Dahlia, had been mean and vindictive with her. Dahlia had signed a contract with the Sheikh and made Story abide by it with the threat of blackmailing her father. Good story and strong characters are utilized. Good read!

Story Teller (yep, that's her name) lives with her father. Her evil twin is always causing trouble for her even though they don't live together. After she impersonated Story at her last school and caused so much trouble, Story had to leave the school. Now she has a meeting with a gorgeous sheikh to become his baby mama all because of something Dahlia (her twin) did. What a fun story and I loved the interaction between Story and the sheikh.

What fun it was reading this book by a new author for me! Fun because of the lack of responsibility sister Dahlia, just dumps the problem onto the good sister, Story, who are twins! A contract is signed, hint Dahlia gets Story into this problem with Raj! But you’ll love the hilarious banter and the characters are so exciting to read about. The chemistry I sweet.

The storyline had potential to be a great read but the characters were not well developed and not likable. I understand the Sheikh wanted his privacy but to the point of not telling your name was kind of extreme. As for Story, it is like her vocabulary is limited as for the only thing out of her mouth are curse words. This book was not for me.

Funny and sweet in a slightly twisted way...
Story Teller (yes, that’s her name) has an evil twin who signed a contract in Story’s name to become a baby mama. She also took a 200,000 down payment for that service leaving Story on the hook.

Installable and much more

What do you think about someone who's name is Story Teller? She funny and naive, adorable and sweet and not prepared to face the sheikh of her life. I had a lot of fun with this book and it make me feel hot a lot of times too!!! ;-). It is a very good company in this awkward moment that we are living! Thanks Marian and keep doing it!

Was it really a hired pregnancy?? 🤔

I rated a 5 because the story well written and dkept me engaged I enjoyed the premise I wished that Story wasn't such a doormat. Story received zero compensation for her pregnancy due to her evil twins involvement. I liked that Raj was a bit of an asshole though.

An entertaining read. The story flows well, the characters are likeable and have great chemistry. This story is about one twin taking the fall for the other. What happens when a sexy Sheikh doesn't realize that it was your sister that stole from him not you? We are about to find out.

I liked the blurb and chose to read this book based on it. I was taken aback by the strange vibe I got from the story. I thought she was a sweet character yet she plots revenge and she also allows herself to be used continuously her whole life. Why doesn’t someone take her sister and punish her for her awful behavior? I liked the idea of the story but I didn’t feel it fulfilled the promise.

Short but down and dirty

Marian’s promise is true - very down and dirty short story that is designed to make you laugh, make you smile, and turn you on. Definitely a must read if you only have a few hours to spare but want the escapism involved in a Marian Tee book.
