Rate this book

Playing with death is a piece of imagination that took me beyond the rules and walls. And since I love to travel through the imagination, that was a suitable and one of the most enjoyable Novel I have ever read. Hope to find more of them by Ali Delshad Tehrani.

Ali's book is written in unconventional way, making the reader think outside the box and wonder about the next chapter.
İt is not a simple story but more exciting and unusual piece stimulating imagination and creativity in a readers mind. Unexpected ending surprises and leaves the reader wanting more....

What an amazing piece ,
The story is simple at the beginning yet complicated,
An anesthesiologist returns from the coma in the first chapter and hears the voices of his colleagues whispering about his situation .
the memories he remembers of the coma are still understandable alongside the ordinary frame of his daily life, the doctor finds out people he met, are unbelievably real and decides to communicate with them!
A decision that has consequences in the middle seasons of the book.
My favorite point of the story is the pace of finishing , breathtaking and nail-biting end of the book receiving shocking information and twists of the story in about 30 pages while you have no idea that is coming,
What Ali has done with great mastery, and the thirst for the story remains so deeply that may make you read more about near-death experiences as a result,
Recommended.

There are not many books that I read in one go and am sure afterwards that I will have to read them at least once more to open up new facets of the plot. This is definitely one of them! Although at first glance the book seems to be written in a relatively simple way and does not contain any boa-constrictor sentences (which I appreciate very much), you notice that the story is quite complex in its structure, which makes it particularly appealing and interesting. I will definitely recommend this book to my friends to read.

I just finished reading "Playing with death". This book is amazing, I am very glad that it came to me at the right time in the right place.
Moments that tell about Alice, her journeys, life principles, travel, meditation very resonate in my soul.
"...we are guest in this world, and we will shortly leave it. Then it's better if we help each other to live peacefully together, and avoid doing anything that hurt or bother other people" - I think it's better to print this phrase and hang it in a conspicuous place. Thank you for this conclusion.
And the ending of the book is unexpected. I wish Ali continue his creativity!

After reading this book you will learn that every decision you make in your life has consequences. Nothing comes for free. The point is that are you willing to pay the price?
Dr. Thomas returns from a coma and he has to decide between continuing his normal life or going after what he believes is supernatural.

I think that it was a great name for this book due to the story. The story telling is smooth and detailed which makes it easy to imagine places, characters and incidents just like the story wants to. Some incidents really made me excited to find out what would happen next. I really enjoyed reading it.

To put it in a nutshell, it is a thought-provoking book. It makes you think a lot about time distortion. Is it real? What about the fifth dimension? Is it possible to travel in time?
When you start reading, it is almost impossible to put it down as the story is so fascinating and breathtaking. If you want to experience pure excitement, I do recommend it.

As the author says, the method of writing is recursive. All the characters enter and leave the story with their genuine style of communication, tone of voice, and personality. The rhythm of the story is so addictive. It makes you want to continue reading until you fall asleep.
Every part of the story is described in full detail; It feels like you are there.

“playing with death” is the kind of story you wish to be a part of it. What would you do if you were Dr. Thomas? Would you insist on finding the truth or just let it go and forget about everything?
If you had a stone with the ability of time distortion, what would you do with it? Would you have the courage to travel between times?

The best thing about “playing with death” is that it is written in the simplest way possible. An anesthesiologist returns from the coma and realizes that everything was real. The people who met during his coma are real. So he decides to communicate with them. But it’s not that simple.

The story begins with a natural pace. You may get tired in the beginning, but don’t stop. Keep reading. Otherwise, you will lose the pleasure of reading an adventurous and surprising story. A fiction book that is imbued with metaphysics.
