This was one of the more helpful books, as it is more up-to-date. It gives you greater detail about community alliances, grants, budgets, SUPPLY lists, staff requirements, prep, and not only focuses on the programs themselves, but how to utilize your own collection in the process. It also focuses on ways to get the teens in, through social media/online/other forms of marketing as well.
Lots of good ideas for teen programs. I liked that each of them came from a library who had success in using the program. Some of them would work well in my library, now to find the time and resources to implement them!
