It took me weeks to finish reading the whole series which might be millions of words. What a wonderful fantasy she has written! I've read another two books, but Sumo's image is still haunting me. His character is complex but reasonable. He made choices different with most people would. Though he's faithful to his own heart, and his love. He's a villain in the first half, yet you cannot hate him. Instead, it's understandable of his final choice.

I highly recommend this series.
