First of all, Lisa IS a Pollyanna; just not the negative perception most people have of Pollyanna (see the true definition of Pollyanna in my book #joyactions). Secondly, Lisa is of the race of Joseph (see ANNE OF GREENE GABLES). Once I realized that Lisa truly IS a Pollyanna, I suspected that she might also be of the race of Joseph, Besides these reasons, Lisa has written a book about my favorite subject: #joy! I am #allaboutthat joy!! As I continued reading, I learned that Lis loves football, F.R.I.E.N.D.S., and OUTLANDER! Yep, We are destined to be close friends! She just doesn't know it, yet! Lisa Dimino White's book BURSTING WITH HAPPINESS makes me incredibly happy and gives me many wonderful #burstsofjoy! Be sure that you add her book to your reading list immediately!!!

I was lucky enough to see Lisa present in person at a work conference and even luckier to speak with her for a bit and get a signed copy of her book! I’m really glad that the book had snippets of her material she used in her speech because it’s all so helpful and reminders that I desperately need! It’s such a simple but important concept to keep joy at the center of your life. Often, my anxiety and overthinking tendencies usually drive me into negative and toxic mindsets. Lisa’s tips to make little improvements by finding those bursts of joy that are present in your everyday life is something that I strive to do now!
