Minding My Own Me

A small-time thief might not be so much different from anyone else. Some people stack boxes on a truck, and some people take them off. Some people are good at selling things, and some people are good at stealing things. What really matters is how you feel about everything at the end of the day. So, when you've got good friends, when you find the right girl, and when things feel right, it's almost hard to remember that you might be a criminal. The whole world might see it different though, so, that's a problem. Ups go up and downs come down, but there's one thing to always remember about being a thief in this city: some problems can only be solved by putting things in your pockets. And, if you get good, you just might be able to help people out while you do it.

About the author

Nik O.K.

Nik is a farmer and botanist from Buffalo, NY. And, as any good farmer will tell you, there is only so much farming you can do in a day. Writing started off as a hobby, then became a passion, and then became that thing that he was always thinking about, little by little, as the farm days went by.

More than anything, Nik's books were always meant to be comedy. Whether it's mystery, romance, science fiction, or something way off the wall, all he ever wanted to do was make somebody, somewhere, snicker.
