I got this book to start on the path to healing mind, body and soul, and it for sure delivered. These is a ton of info here. You can learn how to unblock chakras, eat healthfully to.reduce inflammation, and even help get a more positive view of yourself and the world. I lived the focus on what we eat. Becaise what we feed our bodies has such a huge impact on how we feel over all. I also liked that there was an entire chapter devoted to positive affirmations for.kids and helping them build a healthy self-image and outlook.

I thought this series was well written and well laid out. It was so thorough, from foods that aid the empath, to meditation strategies and even methods to learn how to forgive yourself. I did a lot of the exercises with my kids and we all seemed happier. Great read!
