Rate this book
Have you ever felt a deep connection to an animal that goes beyond words? If so, you may have been communicating with your power animal. A power animal is a teacher or messenger that comes in the form of an animal and has a personal relationship to an individual. They are there to provide “medicine” to the recipient by offering guidance, lessons, protection, power and wisdom. Shamans worldwide have relied on the guidance, wisdom, and symbolism of spirit animals since ancient times. For thousands of years, a deep relationship has existed between humans and the animal kingdom. You can rekindle this valuable relationship with this easy-to-use book.

Nice experience, little book of knowledge, everything together. Tell about the journey, meditation for power animals, shadow, journey animals difference in shamanism, and some of the most common known power animals are in the book.

The reason I gave 4, I don't think it is the chakra system should be connected to shamanism in a little book like this. Mindfulness and body scan fit better, chakras and shaman totems unnecessary in this small book, but I guess the reason Naz Ahsun used this because of the 7 chakras, rooting and body scan felt well with the shadowworld/ spiritual dream world/ Upper and lower world ideas.

Together with Tom Cowan book well fit.
Personally I miss a little reference at the book end. (Some other mention in this topic or used sources. )
