Zen Therapy

Rate this book
This delightful little book encompasses the wit and wisdom of a master therapist in the fields of Zen Transactional Therapy - psychotherapy and human behaviour. ZTT opens the door to an intriguing journey for the seeker of truth and wisdom. It takes us to a place where "everything is sacred and to be laughed at with irreverent humour". Written in poetic form, each page is an encounter with knowledge, reflection and discovery.

‘When the butterfly rests in your hand, do not close it’. This book was definitely a butterfly given to me by a friend, it was beautiful and I did not want to close the pages!

Filled with interesting quotes and wise words that make you think twice about social norms and relationships.

A very interesting read.
