Harry Hugger and the Delightful Day: The hope-filled story of a young hamster whose life was turned upside down by a peculiar pandemic

Rate this book
Inspired by the children in his neighborhood, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Michael wanted to write something for children that would be entertaining, provide them with hope, and a simple explanation. The illustrations throughout the book are in beautiful full color.

About the author

I am an inverse paranoid. I believe the whole world is out to help me. My purpose in life is to return the favor.

The Harry Hugger series are my first published children's books. I believe there is a wonderful book inside of everyone that the world would love to read. Many people tell me they are writing their book. If this is you, I would encourage you to share your work with the world.

I live in Jasper, Indiana with my wife and daughter. When not writing I am a business coach. I help small businesses do what they do only a little bit better. For me coaching is simply figuring out where people are, discovering where they want to go and then help them to get there. I love it.

In writing, life and work, I am doing what I can, where I am, with what I have to make the world a more positive place

This book was absolutely adorable and I only docked it down one star because I would’ve loved to see it in color versus black and white. It sends an important message out about how people, especially kids, have had to adjust to this pandemic and I hope one day soon it’ll be over.
