Wherever Lauren Malone goes, chaos follows. That is until she ends up imprisoned in an experimental rehabilitation center in rural Missouri. Suffering the consequences of her actions, she must choose between two versions of the facade she has been building for years and the character her new friends insist she is.
I may be a little biased because I wrote it, but I thought it was amazing. It's been my emotional support story for six years, and I'm glad that I was finally able to muster the courage to share it with the world.
Got this book at a school event. It's the best book I've read. It made me cry, laugh, and rethink some things. I'm already re-reading it, it's that good. Please, support this guy's work, he really needs more recognition. More books like this need to be known. Though a good makes me feel protective of it, and I don't want anybody to know about this book. - Kris (sorry for being so awkward haha)
