Originally published over 75 years ago, The Border Wars of New England is Samuel Adams Drake's enlightening compact historical description of what has been commonly referred to as King William's and Queen Anne's Wars. Handsomely illustrated with numerous drawings and maps.
History is written by the winners, and this is no exception. A little dated, but a good (if a little dry) account of conditions in New England prior to the Revolution. If you're interested in history, it's worth wading through. Otherwise, you might do better with a more contemporary author.
