Saved by the Lion

What can I say, except I am absolutely stunned at what can be found in this fast paced, action packed book that has a little bit of everything to keep you intrigued.
A criminal mafia style organisation, run by a lion shifter who has learnt you can only rely on yourself if you want to live and survive in this world.
Finding himself continually in situations that he had hoped to avoid, allows Griffin to find a chance at redemption. With everything you could find in a suspense, murder, mystery style of novel, Ms Woods always gives her character's a way around whatever situation they don’t want to be involved with, allowing them to see an opportunity to fulfill the holes found within their souls.
With plenty of twisting and weaving going on as those around him try back Griffin into a corner, little do they realise the qualities that lie beneath this character who has done whatever was needed to survive and become no 1 in his organisation.
Illana brings the love and light within his life and from numerous corner’s hands are held out as other’s step up to want to be part of the path that opens up for Griffin to travel.
I cannot compliment this author enough with how brilliantly she has created this storyline, showing us that no matter where you are it is always possible to change your course in life and to become what you want.

If you have gotten to this book you already know that this series is about 4 orphan lion cubs that were taken out of their crib after their father was killed. What a ride this series has been. I'm hoping there is a 5 book I want to know what happens now that the boys are back with their mother.

Griffin is the leader of Detroit. He is strong, sometimes mean and a good leader. He has a compassion that he keeps under wraps, protecting his position. Hyde owns a restaurant in town and has a beautiful young daughter, Iliana, that gets a lot of unwanted attention from brutal enforcers. When Griffin orders Iliana's under his protection lines are drawn. His orders ignored and Griffin kills the enforcer a war is started. This is just as captivating and exciting as the previous books. I highly recommend this series.

Griffin is the warlord of Detroit but it is a lonely life not trusting anyone. When he is asked to but beautiful Illiana under his protection by her father he agrees and quickly falls for her. But the city's enforcers aren't happy and want to kill Griffin and it will be a fight for their lives to get him and his loyalist to safety in this action packed tale.

I didn't like this one as much as the others. I felt like there were pieces missing. Things that weren't wrapped up. Where was Iliana's dad going all that time? What do the town people end up doing? It's a good story but the loose ends really threw me off.

wow another terrific story in this series. fabulous and different story line, great characters, lots of excitement, drama, suspense, and more. well worth reading u won't be disappointed.

Shifter romance
I enjoyed the characters and suspense. I would recommend this to any shifter romance reader. It was romantic but not trashy.

Not as good as book #3 in this series. I felt the story fell a little flat and was boring in some sections. It's obvious each of the brothers are different through their individual stories so it will be interesting to see how they play well together in their next adventure.
