Priscilla Larson and Boston blueblood Craig James Pinckney III came together over a house that both of them wanted. She won the prize, but the battle was far from over.
The ways he represented clashed with her modern eccentricities, but finally tradition bent, brashness learned moderation, and passions built to a strength beyond control. They met as enemies, yet finished the war in each other's arms—in a house that had become a home.
this was my first tiny cheesy romance book. i gotta say, a a lot better than i expected!! i like that it wasn’t all smut (in fact there was no smut) and it focused on the characters lives and businesses and their connection. also extra points for having a child character that’s not insufferable. it wasn’t life altering but it was definitely enjoyable
