Cold case revisited

An interesting visit to a cold case. A surprising ending. Mixed tenses and lack of proper capitalization were problems for me. A re-edit would bring it to 4 stars.

Great mystery and fun characters! I didn't expect the outcome (as with all good mysteries) and WiJ really gave me Cold Case Files or Forensic Files vibes.
