While this had a lot of overlap with the Holloway book on VC, there were a lot of useful pieces of information in here that were not present in the other, and in several cases this went into a bit more useful technical detail that occasionally felt lacking in the VC book. While these are intended for somewhat different audiences, I'd probably give this the edge over the other if I were recommending only one, though Feld's Venture Deals is still probably my top pick on this subject.
A thorough and amazing introduction to the world of angel investing. No bullshit stories, straight facts. Covers most important topics such as due diligence, sourcing deals, tax implications, board seats, etc... I really really enjoyed this book and have the feeling that I will be re-reading it over and over again as I embark into the journey of angel investing!
