Kettlebells for Women? Almost all the photos are of men. And there aren't enough of them to illustrate some of the moves, and especially good form for things like racking (which has a chapter on how important and yet no photo) and the Windmill, in the beginners workout yet no photo.

There are better books. This one is free on Kindle Unlimited which is good because paying for it would be not so good.

Informative, Understandable, Figure-out-able! :-)

Female or not if you’re seeking information or looking to start your own kettlebell journey I recommend this book. Concepts as well as movement explanations and descriptions are broken down in way that make it easy to understand, follow, and perform. Super helpful! Thank you!
