Being in my third year at the Academy, I’m a bit of an outlier since I still don’t have a harem of my own yet.

Mix that in with the fact that I’m a descendant of Merlin and you get… the point.

Let’s just say that my priorities have suddenly changed and I now have four very unique men by my side to help me take on a mission that could destroy the Academy if not the world.

Evan - a wolf shifter who is a guide and protector. A true Alpha.
Trent - Evan’s best friend. Fox shifter. Also, a bit of a trouble maker and prankster.
Joshua - An Irish hawk shifter and tech-genius.
Andrew - One arrogant elf but a wealth of knowledge.

With each member competing for my love, things can get a little difficult. Especially considering the fate of the world is on our shoulders...

I really was disappointed in this story. I usually love all Laura's books. This book I felt did not flow well, it seemed to jump from one thing to another. Nothing was really handled and the bonding of the Harem did not seem really real. I do think traveling around and seeing the different places was a good idea. The different people in the harem was really cool.
I may of been disappoint in this book, but don't take my word, you might enjoy it.

Felicia is a druidess that is unusual in that she is in her third year and doesn't want a harem. She is best friends with Evan, a wolf shifter. His other best friend is Trent, a fox shifter. While Felicia is still in London, he meets Joshua, a hawk shifter and a first year and talks with Andrew, an unusual elf. Felicia likes talking with Andrew because he has a wealth of knowledge about history and a lot of other things. Felicia discovers something while in London and when she and all four guys bring it to the instructors at the Academy, they are sent on missions around Great Britain. This begins their adventures. What will they discover? Will they be able to get along and become something? I loved reading this story. Everyone learns more about each other just like in real life. Thank you. Felicia was a druidess and have been long life friends with Evan, he was a wolf. His best friend Trent was a fox, meeting Joshua and Andrew at the bar. Joshua being a hawk and Andrew an elf. They now all have one thing in common demons and going from site to site as the professors advice where they go next. They weren't advised to go to London but there they found a portal where the demons have been coming and going, now the demons wanted the evidence back and weren't going to stop fighting. With all four newly found harem they need to let the Academy know everything. It was now a fight to the end and to new beginnings in the harem.

I didn't enjoy this as much as book one, for me, there wasn't enough happening and I felt Felicia, the leading lady lacked confidence or gumption, especially since she was a third-year at the academy and should have been comfortable with her power, I guess I wanted more from her. The guys were ok, especially Joshua, who was very lovely and enthusiastic. I did like the way they slowly came to realise that they were all meant for each other despite their differences. I look forward to seeing where book 3 takes us.

Felicia is in Greece living it up. She is a druid who has still not chosen her harem to continue the lines. She knows she is in love with Evan but has no clue how he feels. When she gets back to the Academy, she lets them in on magic she saw around Big Ben. They talk to their teachers to see if they can receive any clarity. The five of them are sent on many missions to observe and see what they can find. They observe Hell hounds, demon sigils, and demons in different parts. They will have to fight to remain together. What will happen? Will anyone die? Will the five of them live HEA? I received this via Booksprout and am leaving a voluntary review.

Loved this book!I

Well the second instalment of this series didn't disappoint. The characters where easy to follow and grew at a natural pace. The story was well thought out and progressed naturally.

I love how this is set in the different characters pov.

I fell in love all over again with this academy. You are immediately drawn in and it brings you right back in. I cannot wait to see if there will be more set in this world. This story really makes you think of magic and what if anything goes on behind the scenes.

Holy shiznet!!! This story is just as good as the first. Felicia finds her harem even when she wasn't looking for it. And there's demon fighting. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up

Academy of Mages and Shifters II by Laura Wylde is an amazing story that I have read. This is book number two in this amazing series that I have loved reading since the beginning. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about magic , all kinds of different shifters and paranormal romance.

She is now in her third year and she still has not got a harem which is not the only issue she is descended from Merlin which does not help her. Will she finally find her harem? Who will be in her harem? How will they all get on? What about her studies? See how it all goes

Enjoyable

Enjoyed the book and the characters are very likable, a few minor errors in the text but didn't ruin the story. I prefer more conversations between characters was a good read none the less.

Love this reverse harem. It had it all Witches that go to an academy to find mates . The characters in this story find each other because they have a cause to find the demon portal and try to stop them from coming to earth

Not as good as the 1st book but definitely worth reading.
