This story is definitely a class. It is short and sweet. I like the idea the author had with including the signed English, but I think it would have been better if they used American Sign Language instead as this is much more common. Although, signed English is good at teaching young kids basic signs.

~How are the main characters described? Little Red Riding Hood is portrayed as a sweet, innocent, and obedient daughter. The wolf is portrayed as a sweet-talking trickster who is out only for himself.
What other version of this story are you familiar with? In the musical Into the Woods, the wolf eats Little Red and her grandmother and must be cut open by another character so the victims can be saved.
~Would you use this story for storytelling to a child/group? Why or why not? I would use it because it is a classic. It shows good vs bad and teaches that you must be careful who you trust. There is heroism and danger yet a happy ending which children enjoy.

This is the normal version of red riding hood that everyone knows and hears. The only difference is this one is told in American Signed language.
