After Abbey Road brings a whole new dimension to the songs written by individual Beatles after their breakup. Author Gary Fearon lists each song chronologically with interesting tidbits of background on the performers and the history of how each came to be. With all the tracks still available on YouTube at the writing of the book, its reading is a multimedia delight. I was surprised several times by the other well-known artists who played or sang backup on some of the recordings—Eric Clapton, Peter Frampton, and many others. I'll never listen to these songs the same again.

A fully realized archive of little known facts behind the making of post- Abbey Road, individual songs recorded by those in The Beatles. Fascinating reading for so many Beatles fans, who can never get enough of the four musicians part and parcel to their coming of age. This is a book to savor. Plenty of pages in it to draw you back to it again and again. The PERFECT gift to send to friends, no matter their age. The Beatles were musical, ground-breaking forerunners. The albums they recorded set the musical bar. Send this book to those present at the time of each recording. Give it to those who were not for their musical education. My gratitude to the author for writing this treasure of a book! The gift, to me, is I didn't know I was looking for this, but am thrilled to have found it!

Good review of the Singles released by each Beatle...after the Beatles. I especially liked the listing of musicians who played on each track. If you're a Beatles fan it's worth the time.
