Maybe, like 10s of thousands of others, you have heard Danny speak. If you have, you are familiar with his message that positivity, leadership, and motivation are the keys to being a successful teacher, team leader, coach, or parent. Fortunately, Danny has written Leadership Begins with Motivation, now in its second edition. You can read this book in one sitting, like I did, or read a chapter a day to keep you on your toes, smiling, and looking forward the next challenge, the next adventure, or the next step in your journey. Each story in the book will leave you pondering what you are capable of accomplishing and believing in the power of you. Reading Leadership Begins with Motivation is like chatting with Danny, and you finish each chapter feeling like Danny has been talking with you. If times are tense and the messages on the news and in social media are negative, then Leadership Begins with Motivation is the chicken soup that is the antidote.

If you want to become a better leader and you love real life example stories that help you understand the concepts, you might love this book.

The author has broken this down into manageable chapters where you can gain tremendous value even if you’re not able to read the entire book straight through.

The author seems to be a master at telling stories and finding the right stories that you’ve never heard of before.

I look forward to more books from this author.
