The Ethics of Teaching: Practices and Concerns: A Special Issue of ethics & Behavior

Rate this book
This special issue addresses teaching-related ethical concerns that have not been addressed extensively in educational literature. Bruneau wrote her paper from the perspective of someone affiliated with a large faculty of education, while in the discussion of the vignette, three perspectives are presented on the question of the types of accommodations that instructors may be asked to make for students with special needs. The articles contained in this issue will promote further discussion and investigation with regard to recurring ethical concerns. It will also facilitate decision-making and illustrate that other instructors and academics may experience dilemmas that are similar to those of many readers.
