I don't know what to say. I guess it is highly ironic that this book failed to create any excitement in me. I am sure it is a great book based on the people who recommended it to me. However, when I picked it up I could only handle a page or two before putting it down in favor of something else.

This book is an eye opener and gave me the wow factor. The author really hits on apathy and how it looks and the effect it takes on our workplaces, and you can probably find ways in where it relates to home. It's a short, but what I love about that is it's easy to go and find what you need so you can continue your improvement and become a more effective leader.

Amazing well put together book about achievement and leadership. From start to finish, Dr. Byrd lays out the foundations and systems approach to becoming a leader. Truly a must read for those looking to grow outside of your current box!

Some very solid thoughts on leadership, but the presentation reminded me of a high school kid who HAD to make a book a certain length so he increased the font size, made lots of lists, and had lots of one sentence paragraphs. If you can look past the layout, the info is good.

Good, quick book with great nuggets and reminders. The author explains apathy in a sense that removes all excuses as a leader. You consistently develop and work towards becoming effective and they're are key points for the readers leadership journey. I found it very relatable to my organization.

This is a powerful read - it breaks new ground by tying apathy ( defined differently than one may think ) to leadership, development, organizations, & change.

Very much enjoyed & learned a lot!

Simply put it's one of the best books I've read in the "Life Leadership" system
