Alex is off to a great start for the new school year when she meets the most perfect guy on campus the weekend before the semester begins. But fate takes a shocking turn come Monday when they meet once again—but at completely different circumstances. For right there she finds the man of her dreams standing in front of her class. Mr. Perfect just turned into Mr. Perfectly-off-limits!
Sir Isaac Newton’s 3rd Law states: “Every action has an opposite and equal reaction," and Alex learns that the same applies to love… only more complex. For love is an intricate concept: a spiraling web of science, fate, and feelings. And when feelings are involved, it gets complicated.

Had really fun time reading the book. It is simple love story that give you butterfly in the stomach while reading it. So science really have connection to love laws anyway.
Laws of Motion and attraction is a great novel, it shows that fate and science are somehow similar. It shows how a girl is too gullible for love, and it shows how a guy can be so complicated at times.
Drew is stuck with what happened on the past, he is barely living on the present. He kept himself busy while trying to forget what happened. I learned a lot in Drew's story, I realized that no matter how hard we drowned ourselves doing other things, or how much we work day and night trying to forget about the bad memories, the truth is, we can never get past through them. At the end of the day, when the city is quiet and you are the only one who is awake, the worries and the memories will always linger within you. We can't escape them, we can't always run away from them, so we need to gather our courage and face it.
I love it that Alex never gave up on him no matter how complicated Drew becomes. I admit that as a reader, I also believed Drew that his intentions for Alex were real, that he is serious, that it is not just about kissing and cuddling, that he loves her too. I was kinda shock when he burst out and tell Alex that they weren't really together, that what they had were just for fun. Drew is a genius, but why is it that people who are incredibly smart are those who are fool for love, it's too late for him to realize that he loves Alex.
The story ended in a good way, I hope Alex and Drew will be happy now. I hope that the time were already enough for them to sort things out.

My love for this author is just <33333. The book was beautifully written. The story was fine with me. It was very light and I did enjoy to the point I could read 100 pages a day. Though somewhere near the ending I could already anticipate what was coming next, the last line shocked me so much! It was so beautiful.
The book is great, but the thing that I noticed is that the author's choice of words are kinda difficult to understand. It is more complex. I like the story and the plot twist, but the middle part of the story is sagging.
