A peer of mine lent this book to me, and I was excited to read it as a therapist who works with eating disorders. While I found the first part of the book easy to read and thought the activities provided would be beneficial to most, I was surprised as I continued reading. On the title, it says "beyond diet and exercise." However, in the second half of the book, it seems like the goal is still having a "slim" body. After reading the whole book, I would not suggest this to anyone with an eating disorder, as I believe it would be very triggering.
