Team suspect Evan!
I found this book to be a must read, because we own the house where the murders were committed. I feel so bad for this family and wish so much that somehow these murders could be solved. I enjoyed the book and learned many things that I didn’t know. Here’s a synopsis of my thoughts:
Brenda is a liar
I find Skip to be suspicious, however, I believe that he is borderline slow, and he was high and drinking and doesn’t really remember what happened. I feel that he could be talked into saying that he did.
I don’t believe Eric did it, not because I find him to be the best person, but because I don’t believe he would’ve killed his daughter.
I don’t believe Tommy did it, I feel that he is again borderline slow, and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Honestly, with the evidence of of Evans semen, I don’t see how he wasn’t charged. There’s no way semen stayed in her vaginal canal for that long. And there’s no way she put on dirty panties. Skip had been charged with the murders with much less evidence so again I don’t understand why charges were not brought against Evan. The family deserves closure, Tamara and Gail deserve justice, my father-in-law who owned the building at the time of the murders wanted justice, Gail’s mother died without finding out who murdered her daughter and her granddaughter. May God bring the murderer to justice.

This book mentions my father and his twin and the events of the night Gail and Tamara(sp) Matthew's were murdered. I have yet to read it but this is townsfolk's talk and whatever my family knows about the events. I hope, despite whoever it may be, that they both rest in peace knowing it is close to a head. My dad was implicated in knowing things only, not the murder. My uncle, his twin, however.....we have yet to know. I love my uncle Ken with all my heart but I took a gut punch this morning learning there was a book and that their names were in it. I hope justice is served even if it is my own uncle.
