Finta, the most powerful empire in the known universe, has been acting as a custodian of humanity for centuries. The Military Strategic Council (MSC), who controls the empire, will do whatever it takes to preserve it's precious Blue Planet, Earth. Captain Jeero Vale, an elite soldier of the Fintan military, leads the Transaction Team, code-named TX's. The teams carry out missions on behalf of the MSC to remove anyone who resists the efforts of the empire - now, Jeero wants out. World War II has broken out on Earth, and the MSC models have calculated that if the Germans obtain the atomic bomb before the Allies, the future of the planet is at risk. Jeero and his partner are hand-picked to travel to the Blue Planet to alter the course of history. This is one mission Jeero wants to turn down but knows he can't. Nobody refuses the MSC. The mission will require the TX's to utilize all their training and skills to be successful and stay alive long enough to get back home to Finta. During the mission, Jeero discovers that individual members of the MSC have other plans for him. The future of Finta and mankind depend on them.
