Stephen, Nick, and Lawrence have been best friends since college. Stephen and Nick are scientists, tasked with finding a cure to the symbiotes which have invaded Earth and use humans as hosts. Removing the symbiote kills the human, and a human doesn’t live long once infected.

Months after the initial invasion, Lawrence becomes infected and seeks the help of his friends. The rush to find a cure is now paramount, but something is strange about Lawrence’s infection. He is still in control of his body, and he can now understand the symbiotes. Nick and Stephen realize he may hold the cure to finally ridding the world of the symbiotes.

About the author

I grew up in Nebraska and have moved all over America with my husband and three kitties, a rescued Abyssinian and her companion “calming kitten” Eek-a spunky tortie. And most recently a highly vocal stray born in our backyard–who is now a pampered house cat.

My first books are currently out of print that have been re-released as an abridged novella. They are a prequel to my science fiction novels, the Decompose Series: Amaranthine, Aurum, and Nacreous.

I now mainly write romance novels. Some of my romance novels were originally published by ManLoveRomance Press and have now been re-released. Kale’s Paroxysm-released April 2016 and Not a Big Deal in November 2016. Nosy Neighbors,, out September 2017, is my first paranormal romance. I also have a romance series about shape-shifting dragons, Enukara, which is 6 books long and the last installment came out March 2019. My science fiction romance series is about a character with god-like powers, The Gods of Earth Series, each is a stand alone novel that follows and leads up to an alien invasion! My most recent novel is a contemporary romance Mr. Perfect.

this is a very odd storyline and characters... they are interesting.. the writing is awesome.. and the story sucks you in. i enjoyed it and am excited to read the next

I really enjoyed reading this fantastic, action packed, fast paced, intriguing, fascinating, amazing, unconventional, completely unexpected, smoldering, grab-you-by-the-feels, and totally awesome tale. It pulled me in from the very first page, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
