Estuvo bien. Sirve bastante para tener una idea general acerca de la hipnosis; aunque a mí específicamente se me tornó aburrido en ciertas partes. Por ejemplo con los discursos. Claro está que es un libro de auto-hipnosis, por lo tanto es un problema mío y no del libro. Me gustaron los ejemplos del final. Pero como soy más del lado de la meditación, me cuesta compartir un par de ideas del libro en general.
I think this is a pretty good summary of how to approach self hypnosis. It describes the basics of hypnosis from putting yourself into a trance and then what to say to yourself when in trance. The scripts in here are the most useful tool. I think the book is worth it just for the scripts.
